Sizzix Extended Platform for Big Shot Express, Multi Color, One Size

This sturdy platform, constructed of polypropylene plastic, was specially designed for use in the Big Shot Express machine, as well as in the BIG kick, Big Shot, and Vagabond machines. The extended platform is required, along with Cutting pads, to die-cut or emboss materials using thinner Sizzix products (clearlits, decoetch, decoemboss, embosslits, ink-its, sizzles, simple impressions, texture fades, texture trades and textured impressions), as it easily makes all Sizzix components thinner than a big die compatible with the BIG kick, Big Shot, and Vagabond machines. To emboss one layer of thin material using textures Texture Plates, the extended platform is required along with an impressions pad and silicone rubber.

For die-cutting materials using framers and thinlits, as well as competitors' wafer-thin dies, the extended platform and extended thin die adapter are required to create the Sizzix sandwich. The extended thin die adapter is sold separately. The diagrams on the extended platform offer easy guidelines about how to make the perfect Sizzix sandwich.

This multipurpose platform is designed for use with the Big Shot Express, though it is also compatible with the Big Shot, Big Shot Foldaway, Big Shot Plus, Big Shot Pro, and Vagabond 2 machines.
